Meet the Team
Steve is an L&D Manager/Business Partner specialising in people and organisational development, he has had experience within various business sectors covering Leasing and Asset Management to different roles within Consumer Finance, Credit Control, HR/L&D and Compliance functions. Steve has been managing teams and individuals for over 20 years and most recently was the Group Learning & Development Manager at The Danwood Group. All roles have been based on organisational and resource development. Steve is qualified at various levels of FCA compliance and AAT accounting and is currently studying for a CIPD diploma in L&D management. Steve builds and delivers all types of learning, training and development that range from junior roles up to Senior Management and Executive level. Steve is also an Insights licensed practitioner.
Wil has over 15 years’ experience in people and organisation development supporting the private, public and charitable sectors to deliver their strategic business plans. As HR Director for Apogee Corporation, The Danwood Group and Swiss Precision Diagnostics Ltd, he has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in shaping and implementing people strategies that can deliver commercial value whilst enhancing employee engagement and retention of talent. In his career to date, Wil has worked with people from the school room to Board room enabling them to achieve their full potential as well as forging productive partnership opportunities for growth and innovation. Wil is an Insights licenced practitioner and is also a qualified Leadership and Management coach with a wealth of experience in improving personal and team performance.
