In 2017 Insights Discovery was awarded the coveted Occupational Test Tools Certification Mark, from global quality assurance and psychological test assessors DNV GL. 
Along with the PTC Kitemark, given to Insights Discovery from the British Psychological Society (BPS) and their testing centre the PTC (Psychological Testing Centre). This additional Kitemark provides further evidence that the Insights Discovery system has been independently assessed and found to comply with the EFPA Test Review guidelines upon which the awarding of such certification is based. This means when you complete an evaluator you can be assured that our dedicated research and development teams have rigorously tested the validity and reliability of the model and continue to support excellence in the Learning and Development community. 

What is Insights Discovery? 

A personal profiling tool 

Insights is a personality profiling tool that uses the language of ‘colour energies’ to identify and develop the use of behavioural preferences in the workplace. Used effectively and under the guidance of accredited coaches, it can significantly improve personal, leadership, team and organisation culture and performance. 
Based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery was developed to help people understand themselves, understand others, and to be inspired to make a positive difference in everything they do. The Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. We call these the colour energies, and it's the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do. 

Knowing your strengths 

When people can take an honest look at their personal style, they can start to ask vital questions, such as ‘What kind of leader am I now, and how can I be better?’ or ‘Why do I react so strongly to change, and how do I accept what’s happening and focus on the task at hand, and ‘Why am I always butting heads with my colleague, and what common ground is there between us?’ 
When your people truly understand themselves, the potential of your business goes through the roof. Think about it – people can only make the best of the strengths they’ve already got, and work on facing their challenges, if they really know what those are. And that’s where we come in.

Insights Full Circle 

A 360 degree feedback tool, bringing personal feedback to life in an 
engaging and positive way. 
Discover the power of seeing yourself through the eyes of those you lead. Feedback from your peers, managers and/or customers are invited to complete a ten-question assessment about you, with the option to add comments. Presenting feedback through the Insights framework, helps to reinforce individual strengths and frames improvements in a positive way.  
Every participant receives an Insights Full Circle profile accompanied by a learning guide, which provides a wealth of tips, hints, ideas and exercises, to enable further development.  

Insights Sales Effectiveness 

Developed for sales professionals to explore a sales mindset, capability and behaviour at every stage of the sale.  
By completing the Insights Discovery evaluator as a first step we help to build self-awareness of preferences and identify personal strengths in the sales process. Using Insights’ unique ‘sales preference indicators’ people are better able to pin-point areas of comfort along with areas they find more challenging to navigate in the process. 

Insights Explore 

A digitally accessed tool for entry level and first line employees to improve collaboration, build soft skills, and enhance performance. 
After completeing a short online evaluator, the participant can access information about their colour preferences through a mobile device and make use of the videos and online content to learn more about contributing to effective teams, communicating with impact, and other valuable workplace skills.
