Insights Full Circle
A 360 degree feedback tool, bringing personal feedback to life in an
engaging and positive way.
Discover the power of seeing yourself through the eyes of those you lead. Feedback from your peers, managers and/or customers are invited to complete a ten-question assessment about you, with the option to add comments. Presenting feedback through the Insights framework, helps to reinforce individual strengths and frames improvements in a positive way.
Every participant receives an Insights Full Circle profile accompanied by a learning guide, which provides a wealth of tips, hints, ideas and exercises, to enable further development.
Insights Sales Effectiveness
Developed for sales professionals to explore a sales mindset, capability and behaviour at every stage of the sale.
By completing the Insights Discovery evaluator as a first step we help to build self-awareness of preferences and identify personal strengths in the sales process. Using Insights’ unique ‘sales preference indicators’ people are better able to pin-point areas of comfort along with areas they find more challenging to navigate in the process.
Insights Explore
A digitally accessed tool for entry level and first line employees to improve collaboration, build soft skills, and enhance performance.
After completeing a short online evaluator, the participant can access information about their colour preferences through a mobile device and make use of the videos and online content to learn more about contributing to effective teams, communicating with impact, and other valuable workplace skills.
