Hollie began her career working within the employment team at a leading Law firm, where she discovered and developed her passion for regulatory compliance, as well as a desire to support businesses in mitigating legal risk associated with the employment relationship.
Since then, Hollie has committed over 10 years of her professional career to the HR discipline, advising and partnering in a multitude of sectors, both unionised and non-unionised. This has included areas such as care, outsourcing and software, manufacturing and most recently Aviation, where she was positioned as the sole HR Partner for four Government and Commercial programmes, supporting leaders in the UK and internationally.

After leaving school, Mark spent 16 years in the RAF as an intelligence analyst. Serving in the first Gulf War and supporting other international conflicts. His experience has enabled an appreciation of collaborative working under stressful situations, providing a solid grounding in life.
