Steve Peace
Steve is a Learning & Development Professional, specialising in people and organisational development, he has had experience within various business sectors covering Leasing and Asset Management to different roles within Consumer Finance, Credit Control and Compliance functions. Steve has been managing teams and individuals for over 20 years with a primary focus on developing people and organisational resources. Steve is qualified at various levels of FCA compliance and AAT accounting and holds a CIPD diploma in L&D management. Steve is a licensed Insights practitioner and delivers all types of learning, training and development that ranges from junior roles up to Senior Management and Executive level. Steve is also a TEDx Talker.

Wil Payne
Wil has over 15 years’ experience in people and organisation development supporting the private, public and charitable sectors to deliver their strategic business plans. He has worked as HR Director for FMCG and Service businesses where he has built a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in shaping and implementing people strategies to deliver commercial value whilst enhancing employee engagement and retention of talent. Stevie Burley
Stevie is a knowledgeable HR professional with over 10 years’ experience partnering with business leaders, providing practical solutions to achieve strategic business goals and objectives. A commercially focused, results driven individual who thrives on challenge, these key drivers lead her to quickly gain a vast understanding of different businesses and uncover root causes of the inevitable employee relations issues all businesses face.
Having provided operational and strategic HR services in Corporate, Commercial and Government sectors including supporting one of the most amazing and unique Search and Rescue Teams in the world, Stevie has extensive experience that includes managing multiple complex employee relations cases, identifying and implementing change including restructures and redundancies, supporting businesses through growth cycles, performance management and effective risk management. Mark Gradley
After leaving school, Mark spent 16 years in the RAF as an intelligence analyst. Serving in the first Gulf War and supporting other international conflicts. His experience has enabled an appreciation of collaborative working under stressful situations, providing a solid grounding in life.
Following his military service, Mark has drawn on 20 years of first-hand experience dealing with the challenging complexities of modern business and the belief that it is people who ultimately determine the success of any organisation. His trained specialism includes organisational development, behavioural leadership training, psychometric profiling, and emotional intelligence.
Mark is an Investors in People practitioner, trainer, and consultant. His mission is to create confidence in leadership, therefore empowering leaders to lead more effective teams. Using his skills as an NLP and trained psychometric and emotional intelligence practitioner, he is able to provide simple solutions to complex environments.

Kelly Betteridge
Kelly is a dedicated Learning & Development professional with a strong background in supporting organisations to enhance their people strategies. She is passionate about fostering leadership development and driving impactful learning experiences that contribute to organisational growth.
